Aura Ferre Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Returns Policy Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in original branded boxes and dust bags where applicable, placed in a protective box for return.
- Shoes: Avoid marking soles or damaging the shoe box when trying them on.
- Security Tags: Any Aura Ferre security tags must remain in their original positions.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear: These must be returned with hygiene seals attached and unopened. Lingerie and swimwear should only be tried on over your underwear.
- Face Masks: Due to hygiene reasons, face masks cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
- Jewellery: Must be returned in the same condition, including all branded packaging and documentation.
- Bespoke Items: Cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Important: Any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
Return Delivery Charges:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless our standard returns service is used.
- If returning items from a country other than where the order was received, customers will cover return shipping costs.
Exceptions:
Incorrect items received or damaged/faulty products are eligible for free returns.
Flexible Returns Policy:
To enhance your shopping experience, we offer a flexible returns policy. However, we monitor return activity and reserve the right to close accounts or restrict future orders if return behavior violates our policy.
Order Cancellation Under Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCRs):
Depending on your location, you may cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs).
Cancellation Process:
- Before Dispatch:
If you cancel before dispatch (usually when the dispatch label is printed), you’ll receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
- After Dispatch:
If you cancel after dispatch, you must return the items. Upon receiving and approving the returned items, we will issue a full refund, including delivery charges.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights (refer to Section 10 of our Terms and Conditions).
