Aura Ferre Return Policy Overview
Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some types of goods are excluded from returns:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Certain health and personal care products.
Partial Refunds:
Refunds may be partial in certain situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not our fault.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and processed, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a specified time frame.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for processing.
- Contact your bank for any processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
We will only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send the item to:

Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, and a gift voucher will be sent to you once the item is received.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Sending Returns:

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
- For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance as we cannot guarantee the return item will be received.
